“Power leveling” is a term used to describe getting a character to max level in a short amount of time. Essentially, someone who is power leveling wants their character’s level maxed ASAP so that they can move on to “end game”—gameplay intended to challenge max level players. This is an appealing practice for seasoned World of Warcraft players due to the fact that characters are required to reach level 100 to participate in a number of the more intriguing game play options. In addition to helping a player achieve max level more quickly, power leveling differs from traditional leveling due to its focus on boosting experience points through the use of special items, promotions, and gear. Also, while traditional leveling tends to be quest-heavy, power leveling often relies on running instances rather than simply moving from quest hub to quest hub. There are several different ways to power level, and many of them can be used in combination with others for a truly speedy leveling experience.
Possibly the most complicated Addon I have ever used it is also one of the most powerful. You can build custom Visual and Audio warnings for virtually any situation in the Game. I have used it for Buff Stacks Low HP and Ability Cooldowns many times over the years on various Characters. - The auto trash sell feature is also incredible, but I always had issues with it selling gear efficiently. Often I have to open my bags 2-3 times if I have a lot of trash, because it can't clear it all in one go. There's also a very noticeable delay with this feature when opening the bags, almost like the bag UI is freezing for a few seconds, then it clears. I've started using a different add on for auto selling trash and it does it all instant, no hiccups, no nothing. Just one swift move.
Cooking benefits all classes, especially melee and hunters (it is a free source of food). Until higher levels, the benefits it provides are almost exclusively stamina buffs. While more stamina is always nice, cooking is not essential to leveling. Considering the time investment required, if you pick up skinning then cooking would absolutely be a wise skill to level prior to hitting your level cap, as beasts often drop meat useful for skilling up.
Usually it's best to avoid a lot of instance runs. It is too difficult to account for bad groups, and some instances are too far away with too few quests. Since the experience is very good, it's a good idea to clear nearby instances which have a lot of quests once (Gnomeregan, Deadmines for Alliance). Distant instances with few quests should be avoided (Deadmines for Horde). Low level instances can be cleared by paying or befriending a single high level character. However, since patch 3.3 a new Dungeon group finding system has been implemented, as well as a direct port to dungeons (when entering the group you get ported to the dungeon and back to the same location if you leave it) and thus the travel time to dungeons has been greatly reduced. This makes it a good idea to complete quests or grind while you wait for a group to become available.

Common methods of power leveling include doing only those quests which are most efficient in terms of experience over time, and analyzing the quests in a given zone so as to do them in the most efficient order possible. Remember, the idea of power leveling is speed and efficiency--you may wish to obtain an addon that will show you how much experience per hour you are gaining to test your techniques. Additionally, ensure your character's talent build is crafted for maximum endurance. You want as little downtime (walking, drinking, eating, crafting, typing, etc.) as possible.
Level with a pet if you can because it will help keep you safe. If your pet is tanking all of the damage from the enemies you’re fighting, you won’t have to. The other reason is that pets are easier and cheaper to heal than you are. If you don’t have a pet, make sure you know how to use your defensive abilities. You can’t level quickly if you are dying all the time.
Determine the gear stats and armor type you need for your new character. For example, a paladin requires Strength as their main stat, and heavy armor (the armor type) will scale as the character scales if they are initially unable to wear heavy armor due to being a lower level. Your optimal heirloom gear set will feature the same main stat as your starting gear.

Waypoint System with Taxi Feature - Works similar to TomTom, clicking the Quest POI in your Objective Tracker will automatically place a waypoint for the quest. The waypoint arrow will turn green if you enter the selected quest area. You can also create your waypoint by CTRL + Right Click on your map and you can also link them together by holding SHIFT + Right Click on your map.
